- One completed and signed Application and Declaration in blue/black ink.
- Original Passport with at least six (6) months of remaining validity and two (2) adjacent blank pages. (If your passport does not meet the requirements, please contact us for a passport renewal).
- Two (2) recent passport photos (with a white back ground). Photograph quality requirements
- Invitation letter from a Saudi host approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Chamber of Commerce.
- Letter from the principal traveler requesting the addition of immediate family members to his/her visa.
- Copy of the valid Saudi visa of the principal traveler.
- Mother's or Father's copy of passport.
- Minors (under 18 years of age) travelling alone or with one parent must submit a notarized letter of authorization, in either in Arabic or English, signed by both parents or legal guardians.
- Copy of the birth certificate for all children.
- Copy of the marriage certificate for all adults.
- Enjaz payment slip which is a requirement by the Saudi Embassy (this will be completed by Royal Visa)
- Prepaid return UPS or FedEx label (address should be from sender to him/herself).
Please be aware that visa cannot be guaranteed until stamped in the passport and service fee is non refundable.Note: Please make sure to send your document by overnight early morning service, so we can get it before the 10:00 AM.
