• Invitation letter from a Saudi host company approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Chamber of Commerce.

• Original and notarized business letter from your company stating the purpose of travel, intended dates of entry and the address you will be residing.

• Saudi company registration.

• Enjaz payment slip which is a requirement by the Saudi Embassy (this will be completed by Royal Visa).

• Prepaid return UPS or FedEx label (address should be from sender to him/herself).

• One completed and signed Application and Declaration in blue/black ink.

• Minors (under 18 years of age) travelling alone or with one parent must submit a notarized letter of authorization, in either in Arabic or English, signed by both parents or legal guardians.

• Copy of the birth certificate for all children.

• Copy of the marriage certificate for all adults.

• Three (3) Medical Reports for all applicants over 15 years of age. The report must be completed in its entirety and signed by a doctor. The doctor must affix his/her office seal on the report.

• Three (3) original Lab Results.

• Copy of birth certificates for all child applicants.

• Copy of immunization records/certificates for all child applicants. 

• Copy of marriage certificates for all adult applicants.

• Prepaid return UPS or FedEx label (address should be from sender to him/herself).
