  • One application form.
  • Passport (valid for at least the next 6 months).
  • Business letter from a Thai employer with letterhead explaining purpose of visit, name of company/organization/mission, and address in Thailand.
  • Business letter from current employer.
  • A copy of airline ticket or confirmation slip with flight no., date of entry and name.
  • Visa fee

Period of stay: not exceeding 90 days.
